Sr. Executive - Tool & Die Maker

Position Location Experience Industry Responsibilities

• Fit and assemble parts to make, repair, or maintain tools, dies, jigs, and fixtures.
• Interpret engineering drawings and blueprints to perform precise fitting operations.
• Use hand tools and precision measuring instruments such as files, calipers, and micrometers for accurate fitting.
• Align and adjust components to ensure proper function and smooth operation of tools and dies.
• Perform filing, grinding, drilling, and polishing to achieve required dimensions and surface finishes.
• Inspect finished assemblies to verify accuracy and adherence to specifications.
• Identify and correct fitting defects through adjustments or minor rework.
• Assist in assembling and testing dies and molds for production readiness.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in clean and safe working condition.
• Collaborate with machinists and engineers to resolve fitting and assembly issues during production.

• Must be excellent in written and spoken English; net savvy and adept at computer skills.
• Logical thinking.
• Organizing.
