Sr. Executive- Talent Acquisition (Pharma/ Medical)

Role & responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Understand manpower requirements and JDs from hiring managers. • Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals, consultants, and other channels.
• Screen and shortlist candidates based on role requirements, experience, qualifications, and compensation.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely closure of positions.
• Manage candidate communication, interview scheduling, feedback, offer rollout, and joining follow-ups.
• Maintain and regularly update candidate/recruitment trackers and MIS.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical and recurring pharma positions.
• Coordinate with recruitment consultants and monitor their performance.

• Negotiate compensation within approved budgets and support offer closures.

• Conduct regular follow-ups with selected candidates to ensure joining.
• Support bulk hiring and field-force recruitment whenever required.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. • Prepare recruitment reports and share hiring status with management.
