Sr. Executive Supply Chain - Power Distribution

Role & responsibilities

Develop and implement procurement strategies for EPC projects

Source and negotiate with suppliers for materials and services

Manage purchase orders, contracts, and vendor relationships

Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations and project requirements

Collaborate with project teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and services

Analyze procurement data to optimize costs and improve performance

Stay updated on project timelines, milestones, and scope changes

Knowledge of Logistics and corresponding documentation.

Responsible for procurement of electrical materials like poles, Transformers, Switchgear, circuit Breaker, Panel, protection system, Conductors, Cables and related hardware etc.

Procurement Planning, Vendor development, Purchase management, Vendor coordination.

Preferred candidate profile

Ability to strategize and solve problems.

Strong leadership and organizational skills.

Excellent communication and people relations skills

Excellent analytical, reasoning, and problem-solving skills

Strong understanding of electrical distribution and substation equipment.

• Ability to read SLDs, technical specifications, and BOQs.

Ability to work under project deadlines
