Responsibilities

• Provide input for fabrication strategy aligned with production goals.
• Plan and monitor monthly/daily fabrication schedules.
• Ensure manpower, material, and tool readiness with planning team.
• Promote safety culture and implement safety initiatives.
• Review LMRA, audits, and initiate safety actions.
• Drive accident investigations and implement CAPA.
• Encourage near-miss reporting and preventive actions.
• Conduct regular safety checks and issue warnings as required.
• Approve fabrication process sheets and monitor shift-wise production.
• Track actual vs. budgeted hours and analyze variances.
• Address delays due to equipment or material issues.
• Ensure audit readiness and compliance with standards.
• Monitor rework costs and drive reduction initiatives.
• Improve first-time acceptance and minimize rejections.
• Identify poor performers and initiate training or corrective actions.
• Implement cost-saving measures and resource optimization.
