Sr. Executive - Service Coordinator

Customer Request Handling

• Respond to internal and external customer queries in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain regular follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and resolution of issues.

Quotation & Order Support

• Preparing and sharing quotations for spares, AMCs, and service requests within the TAT.
• Follow up on shared quotations and support order processing.

Documentation & Coordination on Salesforce and SAP

• Maintain accurate records of customer communications on mail.
• Maintain accurate records of customer quotations and orders on SAP and Salesforce.
• Coordinate with stores, dispatch, and technical teams for timely delivery and documentation.
• Share dispatch documents and invoices with customers in a timely manner.

Customer Retention Assistance

• Support in customer retention activities through basic follow-ups.
• Assist in providing clarifications or redirect technical queries to the appropriate department.

Payment and Warranty Management

• Follow up on payments for dispatched materials, especially when supplied without advance payment.

Manage the repair of spare parts under warranty and ensure AMC quotes are sent to customers for systems out of warranty.
