Job Description:

Executive/Sr. Executive

Marketing and Business Development Raipur (Kesda Villange)

Key Responsibilities

• Identify market trends, competitive landscape, and potential growth opportunities
• Assess new business ventures' feasibility, financial viability, and strategic fit.
• Generate revenue and meet sales targets in a designated territory
• Lead and motivate team to achieve the target.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive sales growth
• Engagement with clients leading towards order closing.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
• Provide exceptional after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction
• Manage accounts and meet or exceed targets relating to revenue growth, activities, profit margin, a mix of products and services sales, customer retention, and acquisition.
• Collect payments and manage accounts receivable
• Utilize Office Suite skills to manage sales data, reports, and presentations

Experience & Education

• Experience: 3 to 7 years of hands-on experience
• Education: Any Graduate, Preferred: BSc/MSc - Chemistry or B Pharma degree is preferred

Technical & Soft Skills

• Strong self-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet tight deadlines, and deliver results under minimal supervision.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

Proficiency in preparing Sales reports and presentations
