Key Responsibilities

• Talent Acquisition: Source, screen, and recruit candidates for Experience and lateral positions in US Healthcare Medical Coding  
• Candidate Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a seamless and positive recruitment experience.
• Interview Coordination: Schedule and conduct interviews in collaboration with hiring managers, assessing candidate suitability and fit.
• Market Intelligence: Track industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor practices to strengthen recruitment strategies.
• Reporting & Compliance: Maintain accurate recruitment records and share regular updates on hiring progress and challenges with management.
