Sr. Executive - Payroll || SAP Successfactors

Key Deliverables:

• Oversee payroll processes and ensure compliance with local and international regulations
• Manage employee financial accounting and payroll-related transactions
• Generate and publish payroll status and compliance reports (weekly/monthly)
• Utilize Excel for data analysis and reporting to ensure payroll accuracy

Role Responsibilities:

• Manage payroll for onsite locations (Romania, South Africa, Colombia), ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Maintain and update payroll data with high attention to detail
• Ensure payroll processes are compliant with both internal policies and external regulations
• Generate reports and provide data insights to support decision-making
