Sr. Executive-PACKAGING Development

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop innovative packaging solutions for pharmaceutical products, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop artwork, labels, and other visual elements for packaging materials.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in packaging design and development.
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality packaging solutions that meet customer needs.

Job Requirements :

• 4-7 years of experience in packaging development or a related field within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong understanding of healthcare product regulations (e.g., FDA guidelines) and ability to apply this knowledge in packaging design decisions.
• Proficiency in creating artwork using various software tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or similar programs.
• Proven track record of developing effective packaging solutions that balance cost constraints with brand differentiation.
