Sr Executive - New Projects and Technologies

• Monitor and optimize chemical process performance to achieve production, quality, and efficiency targets.
• Review and validate Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs), PIDs, equipment layouts, and process calculations.
• Conduct process troubleshooting and identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Ensure compliance with process safety standards and operating procedures.
• Support commissioning, startup, and performance testing of new facilities and equipment.
• Analyze process data and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
• Execute capex and plant improvement projects from concept to commissioning.
• Coordinate with mechanical, civil, electrical, instrumentation, and operation teams.
• Prepare project schedules, progress reports, and resource plans.
• Monitor project cost, timelines, and quality deliverables.
• Review equipment specifications, technical bids, and vendor documents.
• Ensure timely procurement, installation, and commissioning of project equipment.
• Ensure compliance with EHS, statutory, and company safety requirements.
• Participate in HAZOP, risk assessments, and safety audits.
• Drive safe work practices during project execution and plant operations.
• repare technical reports, SOPs, commissioning reports, and project documentation.
• Maintain project records, drawings, and change management documentation.
• Track project KPIs and submit periodic progress reports to management.
