Sr. Executive - HR

Position : Sr. Executive - Human Resource (Male)

Experience : 3 - 5 Years

Location : Sector 57 Gurugram

Industry : Alcoholic beverage industry

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end talent acquisition for entry-level to senior-level positions across departments.
• Manage job postings on various recruitment portals and social media platforms.
• Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth recruitment process.
• Screen and shortlist resumes based on job requirements and organizational needs.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely closure of open positions.
• Manage joining formalities, employee documentation, and background verification processes.
• Handle onboarding activities, induction programs, and new employee orientation.
• Ensure completion and maintenance of employee records and personnel files.
• Work on HRMS software for employee data management, attendance, leave, and employee lifecycle processes.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives, employee welfare activities, and retention programs.
• Issue offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, and other HR-related correspondence.
• Address employee queries and support employee relations initiatives.
• Coordinate with the payroll team for attendance records, leave management, and employee benefits administration.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and statutory requirements.
• Support performance management processes, employee appraisal cycles, and training & development initiatives.
• Conduct exit interviews and manage employee separation procedures.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Knowledge of HRMS software.
• MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent qualification
• Understanding of onboarding, documentation, and employee engagement activities.
• Basic knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Experience in Automobile Industry will be preferred.
