Sr. Executive - Human Resource(Offer Management) - Navi Mumbai.

Role & responsibilities

1. Candidate Documentation Collection

Ensure timely collection of mandatory documents from shortlisted/selected candidates by self and team.

Follow up on pending documents, highlight delays to stakeholders, and maintain the MIS on real time basis.

2. Document Verification

Supervise document verification for completeness and accuracy, ensuring discrepancies are resolved.

Ensure validated documents are shared with BHR for further processing and salary negotiation while maintaining confidentiality and compliance

3. Coordination with BHR

Coordinate with BHR and the team for CTC details, designation, joining date, and other offer letter release inputs.

Ensure effective stakeholder coordination as required for smooth and timely offer processing.

4. CTC Communication and Approval mail to Business HOD

Share accurate CTC stack-ups with candidates and follow up for the acceptance.

5. Offer Letter / Appointment letter Drafting, Review and Release while displaying 100 % ownership

Coordinate offer letter preparation and review and approve offer and appointment letter drafts for accuracy and policy compliance.

Ensure appointment letter is released on joining date and maintain the TATs.

6. Post-Offer Follow-up

Track offer acceptance and resignation submission within defined timelines and highlight delays.

7. MIS and Reporting

Maintain trackers for documentation, validation, CTC acceptance, approvals, offer release, acceptance, and resignation status with ownership.

Monitor TATs and resolve the gaps

8. Recruitment Vendor Management Support

Coordinate with vendors for open-position and fetch resumes.

Share resumes with the relevant panel or Recruitment Lead for priority closures and maintain trackers for resume submissions and follow-ups.

Qualification- Any Graduate / MBA Preferred

Exp- 3+ Years of relevant exp.
