About this role
Senior Executive - HR Compliance
Responsible for managing statutory HR compliances and ensuring adherence to applicable labour laws and company policies. Maintain compliance records, registers, and employee documentation; coordinate PF, ESIC, gratuity, bonus and other statutory requirements; support audits and inspections; monitor compliance timelines; and identify and resolve compliance gaps in coordination with internal teams.
Candidate Profile:
- Graduate/MBA in Sales, Marketing or Healthcare Management.
- 2 - 6 years of experience, preferably in Hospital/Healthcare Sales.
