Sr. Executive -Freight Pricing

Job Title: Senior Executive International Freight Pricing

Key Responsibilities:

Handle international air and sea freight enquiries.

Obtain freight rates from shipping lines, airlines, and overseas agents.

Prepare and share quotations with customers and the sales team.

Negotiate freight rates and related charges.

Verify rates, surcharges, and profit margins.

Maintain and update freight rate sheets.

Coordinate with Sales, Operations, and overseas agents.

Ensure timely and accurate quotations.

Follow up on pending rates and customer enquiries.

Required Skills:

Good knowledge of international freight forwarding.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel.

Good coordination and follow-up skills.

Ability to work within deadlines.

Qualification & Experience:

Graduate in any discipline.

Experience in international freight pricing or freight forwarding is preferred (Only from freight forwarding companies)
