Sr. Executive, Fire and Safety

WE ARE HIRING SR. EXECUTIVE FIRE & SAFETY

Industry: Rubber Manufacturing | Location: Dombivli, Thane

Key Responsibilities:

• Head the overall Fire & Safety function across the organization.
• Lead and manage a team of 4 Fire Officers.
• Ensure effective fire prevention, protection and emergency response systems.
• Conduct HIRA, Risk Assessments, Safety Audits and regular plant inspections.
• Ensure compliance with applicable Fire & Safety, Factory and statutory requirements.
• Manage fire hydrant, sprinkler, alarm, fire pump and firefighting systems.
• Conduct fire drills, emergency mock drills and safety training programs.
• Monitor safety practices across Production, Maintenance, Warehouse and other plant areas.
• Investigate accidents, incidents and near misses and ensure corrective actions.
• Ensure contractor safety and compliance with Permit-to-Work systems.
• Develop and implement safety procedures, SOPs and Emergency Response Plans.
• Prepare Safety MIS, reports and management dashboards.

Eligibility:

• Experience: 6–10 years in Industrial Fire & Safety, preferably in manufacturing.
• Qualification: Graduation in any discipline.
• Mandatory: ADIS / Diploma in Industrial Safety + NEBOSH Certification.
• Experience in Rubber / Tyre / Polymer / Chemical / Process Manufacturing will be preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, risk management and team-handling skills.
