Sr. Executive Finance - Full Time Contract Role

Job Description: Accountant / Financial Reporting

About the Role

We are looking for a Finance & Accounting professional with 2-3 years of relevant experience in accounting and financial reporting. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of Ind AS, IGAAP, and core accounting principles, along with good analytical and reporting skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting activities and ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions.
• Support preparation of financial statements, management reports, and accounting schedules.
• Ensure compliance with applicable Ind AS and IGAAP accounting standards and internal accounting policies.
• Assist in month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities.
• Perform account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies to ensure accuracy of financial records.
• Support preparation and review of financial and management reports.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and auditors for accounting-related requirements and queries.
• Assist in maintaining proper documentation and supporting schedules for audit and compliance purposes.
• Identify opportunities to improve accounting and reporting processes and drive process efficiency.
• Ensure adherence to internal controls, policies, and applicable statutory requirements.

Desired Skills & Competencies

Education & Experience

• Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / CMA
• Experience: 23 years of relevant experience in Accounting, Financial Reporting, Ind AS, IGAAP, or related areas.
• Candidates with experience in a structured corporate environment and exposure to audit/reporting processes will be preferred.
