Sr. Executive - Finance Department

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Prepare and verify freight bill, trip wise billing, and client invoices.
• Track fuel expenses, tolls, driver advance and vehicle related cost.
• Reconcile vendor accounts & Monitor cost per trip.
• Prepare month end closing data.
• Prepare MIS & assist during audits.
• Manage financial transactions, including reconciliations and cost accounting.
• Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial data in SAP system.
• Conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement in financial processes.
• Provide support to senior management on strategic planning and decision making.

Job Requirements:

• 5-8 years of experience in a similar role within the Logistics & Automobile industry.
• Strong knowledge of cost accounting principles and practices (fuel, fleet, rout wise costing) & Budget forecasting.
• Expert in billing, invoicing and reconciliation.
• Good knowledge of Excel & spreadsheets - advanced formulas, pivot table and good knowledge of accounting module in SAP.
• Strong coordination with operations team/vendors & ability to meet ability.
• Understanding of fleet expenses (diesel, repairs, permits and insurance).
