Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Finance Executive to join our team at our Kokapet, Hyderabad office. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers who are enthusiastic about starting a career in finance and accounting in a dynamic domestic company environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in daily accounting and finance operations.
• Prepare and maintain financial reports, records, and statements.
• Support the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
• Assist with bank reconciliations, vendor payments, and invoice processing.
• Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.
• Coordinate with internal departments for expense tracking and approvals.
• Support the finance team in audits, tax filings, and statutory compliance.
• Handle petty cash, bills, vouchers, and data entry into accounting systems.
• Should be able to visit banks and other financial institutions whenever required.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and numerical ability.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial statements.
• Proficient in MS Excel and other MS Office tools.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in the finance domain.
• Knowledge of Tally or any ERP software is a plus (not mandatory).
• Willingness to travel locally for bank-related work as and when required.
