Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to onboarding of new hires.
  
• Coordinate with various stakeholders including hiring managers, interview panels, and candidates to ensure smooth recruitment process.
  
• Conduct pre-screening interviews, schedule meetings with shortlisted candidates, and prepare offer letters.
  
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures during the entire recruitment cycle.
  
• Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions, applications received, and offers extended.
