Job Summary Qualifications

• Graduation, Prior experience of handling corporate building security shall be preferred.
• Experience: 5 to 7 years

Responsibilities

• 1. Command Control of Security Operations
  Overall in-charge of security operations during the assigned shift, including guards, supervisors, CCTV monitoring, access control systems, and patrol teams across the campus
• 2. Incident Emergency Management
  Act as the first responder for incidents such as theft, fire alarms, medical emergencies, intrusions, protests, or suspicious activities
• 3. Access Control Perimeter Security
  Ensure that only authorized personnel, vehicles, and materials enter or exit the premises
• 4. CCTV, Surveillance Security Technology
  Live monitoring of CCTV systems and surveillance infrastructure for incident detection and prevention
• 5. SOPs, Compliance Risk Management
  Ensure all security procedures and SOPs are implemented as per laid-down policies
• 6. Reporting, Documentation Shift Handover
  Prepare and maintain daily shift logs, incident reports, patrol records, guard attendance, and handover notes
• 7. People Management Training
  Lead, deploy, discipline, and motivate large teams of security personnel (50uPHONE_NUMBER+ guards across locations)
• 8. Intelligence, Vigilance External Liaison
  Develop intelligence and vigilance mechanisms for information gathering
• 9. Administrative Other Responsibilities
  Perform administrative functions pertaining to security operations
