Key Responsibilities:
- Lead plant and corporate finance operations.
- Budgeting, forecasting, FP&A and variance analysis.
- Product/process costing, profitability and cost control.
- CAPEX, project accounting and plant finance.
- Working capital, cash flow, banking, LC/BG and treasury.
- MIS, P&L, financial reporting and management dashboards.
- GST, TDS, income tax, audit and statutory compliance.
- SAP FICO/ERP and advanced Excel.
- Manage finance team and coordinate with auditors, banks and business teams.
Preferred Industry: Chemical / Specialty Chemical / Petrochemical / Agrochemical / API / Pharma / Manufacturing.
Must Have: Strong plant finance + costing + budgeting + compliance + team leadership experience.
