Sr. Executive - Distribution (Supply Chain) - Mumbai

Hexagon Nutrition Ltd. is looking for a dynamic, Sr. Executive Distribution.

This role will responsible for managing distributor order processing, CFA indenting, inventory monitoring, and ERP operations. The role involves coordinating logistics and timely dispatches, handling credit notes and distributor settlements, monitoring outstanding payments and recoveries, managing distributor appointments, and ensuring effective stock management, including slow-moving and near-expiry inventory.

Roles and Responsibilities -

• Distributors order processing and approval
• CFAs indent working & Inventory Management
• Processing Credit Notes against goods return
• Processing Credit Notes for Price Difference
• Co-ordination with the Logistics team for order and indent dispatches and timely deliveries.
• Prepare price quotations and Authorization letters for Hospitals and Retail counters
• Distributor appointments and code creation in ERP
• Distributors Full and Final Settlement
• Follow up for the outstanding recovery
• Record the daily payment received from Distributor
• Handle ERP billing Software
• Check and verify Commission of CFAs
• Checking F&F documents of Field Team (SCM part)
• Monitoring Non-Moving, Slow Moving and near expiry stock

Qualification- Commerce Graduate / Postgraduate

Preferred candidate profile :-

• Experience- 3-5 Year in Distribution with reputed Pharma / Nutrition Companies
• Very High Capabilities in MS office (Advance skills in Excel and power-point mandatory)
• Good oral and writing communication in English
• Firsthand working knowledge in SAP or ERP
