Role & responsibilities

• HR policy formulation, creating awareness and implementation across plants.
• Assessing present skill of associates on the basis of skill test based on reviewed and revised question papers.
• Updating skill matrix based on skill evaluation.
• Training Need Identification (TNI) based on current skill and improvement plan.
• Preparing monthly/annual training calendar, arranging internal trainers and preparing training modules. Knowledge of DOJO will be advantage.
• Conducting planned trainings as per plan/schedule.
• Arranging external trainings for skill upgradation, if required.
• Updating the skill matrix after training and assessing its effectiveness.
• New employee (Joiner) induction and arranging introductory trainings.
• Conducting behavioral trainings in all departments
• Implementing KAIZEN & Suggestion schemes in the company.
• Responsible for customer audits related to HR related compliances.
• Responsible for IATF audit compliances related to HR Documentary evidences and legal compliances.
• Preparing 5S plan and conducting the same with MR and working for score improvements of plant Zones.
• Welcome message to new joiners and arranging birthday celebrations on monthly basis for all employees of the month on last day of the month.
• Responsible for closing all customer or certification body NCs/OFI within time frame.
• Preparing contingency planning for housekeeping and employees welfare activities.
• Training and conducting fire and safety mock drills on quarterly basis.
