Sr. Executive/Asst. Manager - Quality

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Prepare a monthly process audit, safety audit, and surprise test plan.
• Monitoring of Quality and safety observation and their closure, Prepare safety & Quality trouble analysis report.
• Conduct regular safety audits to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain quality management systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and improve overall performance.
• Analyze data from inspections, tests, and other sources to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Job Requirements :

• 5-9 years of experience in the auto components industry or related field.
• Strong knowledge of quality management system, process audit and root cause analysis.
• Skill of analytical thinking, Problem solving, Excel, PPT and power point.
• New business planning and documentation.
• Proficiency in conducting root cause analysis (RCA) investigations.
