About this role
1. Assist in Development of Systematic Site accounting procedures for all operational tasks.
2. RA Bill preparation, submission & certification follow-up; site P&L; project cost monitoring; vendor/subcontractor bill verification;
3. site expenses & cash management; MIS and customer/vendor reconciliation, Working knowledge of SAP/ERP and MS Excel
4. Reconcile customer accounts and resolve billing discrepancies.
Procurement & Vendor Commercials.
5. Review commercial terms of procurement contracts.
6. Monitor vendor payments and reconciliation.
7. Validate price variations, escalation clauses, and contract amendments.
8. Support negotiations with suppliers on commercial matters.
Coordinate with auditors during statutory, internal, and tax audits.
9. Preparation of Daily/ Monthly MIS.
Desired Candidate Profile:
B.Com/M.Com/MBA or CMA Qualified with 4-8 years of experience with Project Site accounting.
Candidates with experience in SAB B1 will be preferred.
Good Analytical, RA/Contractor Billing and Accounting Skills.
Strong communications and interpersonal skills. Ability to set priorities and manage multiple task functions simultaneously.
