Sr. Executive / Asst Manager /Dy. Manager Sales

Role & responsibilities: :

• Drive business development initiatives across all products, including Air Freight, Ocean Freight, Warehousing, Transportation,
• Identify, develop, and acquire new customers through direct sales activities, industry networking, trade associations, industrial development boards, and market intelligence.
• Generate qualified sales leads and business opportunities, maintaining a strong pipeline to achieve sustainable revenue growth.
• Monitor industrial developments, market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities to identify new customer segments and expansion areas.
• Expand satellite business operations by developing customer bases in untapped markets and emerging industrial corridors.
• Collaborate closely with operations, customer service, pricing, and product teams to ensure seamless implementation of customer solutions and service excellence.
• Maintain an updated CRM database, ensuring accurate sales forecasting, opportunity tracking, and pipeline management.
• Develop strategic account plans for key customers and work proactively to increase wallet share and customer retention.
• Ensure timely follow-up on enquiries, RFQs, tenders, and sales opportunities to maximize conversion rates.
  

Preferred candidate profile:

Graduates/PG with experience in Sales or Business Development within the Freight Forwarding industry will be preferred.
