Sr. Executive /Assistant Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage breakdowns, turnarounds, and shutdowns in the manufacturing process to minimize downtime and optimize production.
• Oversee electrical maintenance activities to ensure equipment reliability and efficiency.
• Develop and implement effective spares management strategies to reduce costs and improve inventory levels.
• Analyze KPI reports to identify areas for improvement in maintenance operations.

Job Requirements :

• 3-6 years of experience in a similar role within the chemicals industry.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, including electrical systems and machinery.
• Proven track record in managing breakdowns, turnarounds, and shutdowns efficiently.
