Sr. Executive/ Assistant Manager/ Manager - CRC

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented professional to join our Corporate Resource Cell (CRC). The candidate will be responsible for strengthening corporate relationships, developing new industry partnerships, and facilitating placement and internship opportunities for students pursuing Management, IT, and Law programmes. The role requires strong corporate networking skills, excellent communication, and the ability to achieve placement and business development targets.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Campus Placements: Develop and implement strategies to achieve successful career outcomes for graduating students across Management, IT, and Law programmes through an effective campus recruitment process.
• Placement and Internship Targets: Achieve assigned individual targets for annual campus recruitment, summer internships, and live projects.
• Corporate Outreach and Business Development: Identify prospective corporate partners, conduct structured market outreach, and convert new corporate accounts into active partnerships.
• Corporate Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate HR professionals, senior management, and functional leaders to generate placement and internship opportunities.
• Industry Engagement: Plan and coordinate corporate guest lectures, industry visits, academic collaborations, and other industryacademia engagement initiatives.
• Student Career Services: Support student career development through career counselling, mentoring, and guidance on professional growth and industry expectations.
• Alumni Relations: Contribute to alumni engagement initiatives and explore opportunities for alumni participation in placements, internships, and corporate networking.
• Target Achievement: Monitor progress against assigned placement, internship, and corporate partnership targets and work towards achieving the expected outcomes.

Educational Qualification:

• Postgraduate degree in any discipline.

Experience Required

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in a reputed college or university.
• Candidates from Public Relations (PR), Corporate Liaisoning, Corporate Relations, Placement Management, or Human Resources (HR) backgrounds are also encouraged to apply.
• Candidates with an established corporate HR network and experience in developing corporate partnerships will be preferred.
