Sr. Executive/Assistant Manager - HR

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with government authorities, labour offices, and external agencies.
• Handle inspections, audits, and statutory submissions.
• Build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
• Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution
• Maintain healthy relations with unions, workers, and management
• Ensure compliance with labour laws, statutory requirements, and company policies
• Assist in negotiations and collective bargaining processes
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives
• Maintain HR records, attendance, and payroll coordination
• Assist in performance management and training programs
• Drive HR policies and ensure adherence across departments

Key Requirements

• Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Knowledge of HR processes, labor laws, and documentation practices.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• 3-4 years in HR with strong exposure to IR and liaison work. Experience in Manufacturing industry preferred
• Internship or prior exposure to HR operations will be an added advantage.
• Sound knowledge of labor laws and compliance requirements.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and resolve conflicts effectively.
