- Proven track record of successfully managing end-to-end recruitment processes in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

- Proficient in various recruitment methods, including direct sourcing, job portals, social media, networking, and employee referrals.

Communication Skills:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders.

Technology Proficiency:

- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.

- Tech-savvy with the ability to leverage technology for efficient and streamlined recruitment processes.

Strategic Thinking:

- Ability to align recruitment strategies with overall business objectives and contribute to resource planning.

Results-oriented:

- Proven ability to deliver results in a timely manner and meet recruitment targets.

Maintain confidentiality, uphold ethical standards, and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Masters degree in HRM or MBA would be an advantage.
