Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage HR operations, including employee data management, benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws.
- Oversee payroll processing, ensuring accurate and timely payment of salaries and benefits to employees.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures for HR operations, maintaining confidentiality and adherence to company standards.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues related to employee relations, performance management, and training.
Job Requirements :
- 3-10 years of experience in an HR Operations role or similar function.
- Strong documentation skills for maintaining accurate records and reports.
- Proficiency in payroll software applications (e.g., ADP) is required; knowledge of other HR systems a plus.
