Senior Executive - 2D Visualizer
Benchmark Experiences is looking for a creative designer to develop event identities, key visuals, branding collateral, digital creatives, and production-ready artwork. Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, a strong design portfolio, and attention to detail are essential. Preferred Experience: 3-5 years in an events, experiential marketing, advertising, or design agency.
Job Description
Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, with a sound understanding of typography, composition, colour, image treatment and large-format printing. InDesign, presentation design and basic motion graphics knowledge would be advantages. Ability to use AI image tools and refine their outputs into finished, usable artwork is preferred.
A conceptually strong designer who can develop a visual language from a brief, explain their design choices and deliver polished, production-ready work with close attention to detail.
Preferred experience: 3-5 years in an events, experiential marketing, advertising or design agency, with a strong portfolio of brand and event work.
Key responsibilities:
- Translate briefs and event concepts into original visual directions, mood boards, key visuals and event identities.
- Design event logos, typography treatments and graphic systems aligned with client brand guidelines.
- Develop invitations, mailers, welcome letters, agenda layouts, presentation graphics and digital communication.
- Create artwork for backdrops, registration desks, standees, signage, photo opportunities, awards and other event collateral.
- Design static LED screen content and storyboard frames, coordinating with motion designers for animation.
- Adapt approved designs across print, digital and screen formats while maintaining visual consistency.
- Prepare accurate production files with correct dimensions, resolution, colour modes, bleed and safe areas.
- Coordinate with strategy, 3D, motion and production teams, and check final artwork before release.
