Sr. Executiuve - Banking & Finance

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Handling Banking & Finance related matters.
• Dealing with banks for fund Raising.
• Preparing documents & data submission to banks.
• Co-ordinating for Execution of Loan docs, letters, etc.
• Liaisoning with bankers, advocates & valuers.
• Focusing on reducing bank charges and other cost.
• Following up with bankers on excess charges, reversal, etc.
• Ensure proper maintenance of records & filing of docs. 
• Insurance monitoring.
• Ensuring compliances i.e. RBI, Banks, etc.
• Compliance of periodic reporting and covenant monitoring.

Job Requirements :

• 0-5 years of experience in a similar role within the engineering & construction industry.
• Strong understanding of finance principles, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Proven track record in managing cash flows, working capital optimization, and treasury operations effectively.
