Sr Exec/Assistant Manager Content Marketing

Role & responsibilities

• Develop and amplify key Brand Ips like Arohi , Nirman with Social first content and build strong engagement for the brand
• Conceptualise and create original content across formats; written, visual, and video, tailored to platform and audience
• Develop a consistent and distinctive brand voice across all content touchpoints
• Craft social first content of product narratives such that they are consumed by the audience as highly relevant information which is also engaging
• Build & conceptualize content across consumer cohorts From Semi rural , Mass Urban to premium. The content needs to reflect the cohort effectively
• Monitor cultural conversations, trending moments, and platform-specific formats to keep the brand timely and contextually relevant
• Develop a strong instinct for when and how Godrej Capital can show up meaningfully in the cultural zeitgeist
• Work closely with designers, videographers, and agency partners to bring content ideas to life
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard influencers across tiers (nano to macro) relevant to personal finance, lifestyle, and MSME audiences
• Build long-term creator relationships that amplify brand reach and credibility authentically
• Grow Godrej Capital's social media community multifold through a mix of organic content, marketable IPs, and selective boosting to maximise reach and engagement
• Monitor and analyse performance metrics across all social media platforms, conduct sentiment analysis, and generate actionable insights to continuously optimise content, community growth, and channel strategy
