Sr. Engineering Manager

We are looking for a Senior Engineering Manager with strong experience in Java technologies and AI/GenAI. The person will lead engineering teams and contribute to building scalable, high-quality products.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of software engineers.
• Drive end-to-end development of product features.
• Design and develop scalable backend systems using Java, Spring Boot, and microservices.
• Work on integrating AI/GenAI capabilities into products.
• Collaborate with product, business, and engineering teams on product development.
• Drive technical decisions, architecture, and engineering best practices.
• Ensure quality, scalability, security, and timely delivery.
• Mentor team members and support their technical growth.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in software engineering.
• Strong hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, microservices, and REST APIs.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS/Azure/GCP.
• Strong knowledge of system design and distributed systems.
• Experience with AI/GenAI, LLMs, RAG, AI agents, or AI-powered products.
• Experience in a product-based company is strongly preferred.
• Good team leadership and stakeholder management skills.
