Sr Engineering Manager_Adv Automation Testing

Job Summary

As a Senior Engineering Manager - Advance Automation Testing, you will define and lead the enterprise quality engineering strategy for a next-generation clinician scheduling platform. You will drive automation architecture, AI-enabled testing, quality governance, release readiness, and engineering excellence across highly scalable healthcare products while collaborating with cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own and define the end-to-end Quality Engineering strategy covering functional, API, integration, system, end-to-end, regression, AI, performance, security, accessibility, and data testing.
• Design scalable automation architecture for web, mobile, API, and AI-enabled workflows using industry-leading frameworks.
• Establish QA governance, testing standards, quality gates, and release readiness criteria across product teams.
• Lead framework selection, proof-of-concepts, and tool standardization initiatives.
• Architect robust UI, API, and mobile automation frameworks using Selenium, Playwright, REST Assured, and Appium.
• Drive adoption of AI-assisted testing approaches and GenAI tools to improve test design, execution, and defect prediction.
• Define validation approaches for AI agents and intelligent workflows embedded within the platform.
• Partner with engineering teams to implement Shift-Left testing, continuous testing, and CI/CD quality controls.
• Establish quality metrics, dashboards, observability practices, and quality risk reporting mechanisms.
• Perform estimation, prioritization, and test planning activities across multiple releases and workstreams.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance, data privacy controls, and secure testing practices across environments.
• Drive performance, reliability, resilience, and scalability validation for distributed Cloud-native applications.
• Collaborate with product, architecture, development, DevOps, and business stakeholders to improve delivery outcomes.
• Mentor QA engineers and test automation specialists and promote engineering best practices.
• Support production release validation, defect triage, root cause analysis, and continuous quality improvement initiatives.
