• Study the Drawings, Quantity & material take off.
• Planning and indenting daily requirement of Labor, construction machinery, materials and other resources.
• Execution of civil works as per schedule
• Ensuring that all materials used, and work performed is as per specifications.
• Planning of Materials and proper planning to avoid wastages in the site.
