SR.ENGINEER

Responsibilities

• Strong knowledge experience of PLC programming and troubleshooting
• Hands-on experience with Special Purpose Machines
• Experience in handling and maintenance of Leak Testing Machines, Light Testing, Vision Inspection Systems, Gluing / Dispensing Machines, Aiming Machines
• Analyse machine failure trends using MTBF / MTTR data
• Carry out root cause analysis of repetitive breakdowns and implement permanent corrective actions
• Identify and implement automation improvement projects to reduce manual intervention
• Lead Kaizen / Lean Manufacturing initiatives in assembly lines
• Coordinate with machine suppliers and OEMs for breakdown support
• Conduct safety audits and ensure zero accident culture
• Develop, modify, and troubleshoot Mitsubishi PLC programs for machine control and automation
• Diagnose electrical and control system faults using PLC logic and implement corrective actions
