Responsibilities

• Execute daily coating production plans to achieve output targets.
• Monitor coating line performance and ensure adherence to production schedules.
• Ensure optimum utilization of machines, materials, and manpower.
• Minimize downtime and improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).
• Monitor coating parameters such as vacuum level, deposition rate, coating thickness, curing conditions, and adhesion requirements.
• Ensure compliance with customer specifications and automotive quality standards.
• Analyze coating defects such as peeling, pinholes, haze, burns, discoloration, low reflectivity, and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate with Quality and Engineering teams for process improvements.
• Coordinate preventive and predictive maintenance activities for coating equipment.
• Support troubleshooting of Vacuum Metallization, Hard Coating, UV Coating, PVD Coating, Lacquering, and related systems.
• Ensure timely calibration and maintenance of measuring instruments.
• Lead Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing, and Cost Reduction projects.
• Implement process improvements to enhance productivity, quality, and cycle time.
• Analyze production data and identify opportunities for process optimization.
• Maintain production records, shift reports, process logs, and quality reports.
• Prepare and present production performance reports.
• Participate in customer audits, IATF audits, and internal audits.
