Responsibilities

• Driving CMMS/SAP Maintenance activity like B/D (Break Down) and PM (Preventive Maintenance) as per department guidelines, tracking of daily Breakdown data, RCA for Breakdowns etc.
• Tracking of KPI and daily Monitoring.
• Implementation and driving the Total Productive Maintenance.
• Preparation of presentation for monthly review meetings, competitions, cluster summits etc.
• Preparation of AutoCAD drawings for projects.
• Supporting in Commissioning and facilitating new project in plant.
• Optimizing conversion cost in energy section (Utilities) driven through EnMS (Iso50phone_number).
• New Automation projects to save manpower cost, Energy Cost and increased productivity.
