Responsibilities

• Maintenance meeting and handling the shift breakdown Electrical mechanical both.
• Cross check of electrical log book, DG -log book, Transformer Log-book
• Prepare utility reports like MIS , utility and day wise consumption data, Spare management, CAPA of any breakdown
• Prepare PPT s like MRM, Energy review.
• Section wise energy calculation sheet prepare against production and calculate how efficiency energy used
• Man power Adjustment
• Follow up with purchase for spare management
• Breakdown analysis
• Make energy data as per requirement
• IMS Documentation
• Training given to DVC s regarding Energy Management System, 50001
