Senior Engineer Production is responsible for effectively supervising employees in a designated area and ensure Production Assembly Management, Process improvement, Quality Safety, ERP Systems and show case the leadership capabilities for safe work environment, meeting production deadlines, and attain established goals in the areas of production, quality, delivery and cost.
Responsibilities
- Should have sound manufacturing process knowledge on Assembly operations. and related process settings, problem solving and troubleshooting.
- Responsible for all production activities for day-to-day output with QCD approach [Quality Cost Delivery] with a focus on customer requirements.
- Must have exposure on Production Planning against the customer schedules
- Worked with Multiple customers including major OEMs like Hyundai, Suzuki, Honda, Toyota etc.
- Should have strong experience in Material / Inventory planning and CFT working experience to adhere Customer schedules both quantitative qualitative.
- Passion to work and improve team performance and have good employee relationship skills to participate and address their grievances efficiently.
- Working knowledge on IATF Quality Management Systems, Lean concepts, TPM / TQM SAP PP module.
- To lead production team and facilitate 5S, SGA, QCC, Kaizen implementation.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Power point, Word
- Basic awareness in IATF, ISO [phone removed] and 50001 requirements preferably internal auditor with previous experience with respect to ISO standards. Ensure to create awareness on energy conservation techniques among employees and implement the same.
