Sr Engineer - Procurement (Solar, Battery & Inverter)

Role & responsibilities

Responsible for end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) operations and strategic sourcing of Solar PV Modules, Inverters and BESS components, ensuring cost competitiveness, compliance and supply continuity.

Key Responsibilities

• PR to PO and PO to Payment management
  • RFQ/RFP execution and supplier development
  • Sourcing of Solar PV Modules, String/Central Inverters, BESS, LFP Batteries, BMS, PCS and EMS
  • Commercial negotiations, cost reduction and contract management
  • Invoice matching, payment coordination and ERP transactions
  • Supplier performance reviews and risk mitigation
  • Spend analytics and procurement reporting

Preferred candidate profile

6-10 years procurement experience combining sourcing and P2P with exposure to Solar PV, Inverters, Battery Energy Storage Systems, supplier negotiations and ERP-based procurement operations.
