Sr. Engineer - Planning & Billing

Job Summary

Abhipsa Construction is seeking a Senior Engineer for our Planning Billing team at the Head Office. You will own the billing and planning cycle for assigned projects, ensuring commercial claims fully reflect physical progress on site.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate client billing with certified physical progress
• Prepare EOT claims, deviation statements, and progress summaries
• Reconcile client and subcontractor quantities and measurements
• Maintain project schedules and update progress in Primavera/MSP
• Prepare RA bills, final bills, and supporting measurement records
• Support project reviews with accurate planning and commercial data

Qualifications

• B.Tech / B.E in Civil Engineering
• 5-7 years of experience in planning and billing for highway/infrastructure projects
• Proficient in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and Primavera/MSP
• Strong knowledge of measurement books, RA billing, and EOT processes
• Excellent attention to detail and commercial awareness

Preferred

• Experience with NHAI/MORTH billing formats and clause-based claims
• Exposure to ERP-based planning and billing workflows
