Sr. Engineer Mechanical Maintenance

Technical Skills At least 4+ years specifically on high-speed motor assembly lines (stator lamination stacking, winding, rotor assembly, magnet insertion, balancing, bearing pressing, final assembly, end-of-line testing) • Precision Maintenance Expert in laser shaft alignment, dynamic balancing, and geometric tolerance verification • Pneumatic Systems — In-depth knowledge of circuit design, component selection, and troubleshooting for complex pneumatic systems used in automation • Hydraulic Systems — In-depth knowledge of circuit design, pump/valve/cylinder diagnosis, contamination control, and component rebuild • Bearings & Lubrication — Expert knowledge of bearing types, mounting/dismounting techniques, lubrication selection, and condition monitoring • Gearboxes & Drives — Troubleshooting and repair of gearboxes, belt drives, chain drives, and couplings • Vibration Analysis — Ability to collect, interpret and act on vibration data using FFT analyzers (e.g., SKF, Pruftechnik, Fluke) • Machine Shop Skills — Hands-on capability with lathe, milling, surface grinding, drilling, tapping, and welding
