Job Summary
Position: Sr. Engineer IM
Location: Zaroli nearby Bhilad
Experience: 5 - 7 Years
Industries: Automobile
Responsibilities - Set and optimize injection moulding processes.
- Handle injection moulding machines (50T-1200T).
- Achieve production and OEE targets.
- Reduce rejection, scrap, and cycle time.
- Perform mould changeover and reduce setup time.
- Coordinate mould and machine preventive maintenance.
- Ensure defect-free production as per quality standards.
- Monitor process parameters and SOP compliance.
- Conduct new mould/tool trials and maintain records.
- Maintain production and material reconciliation records.
- Ensure effective utilization of manpower, machines, and materials.
- Maintain 5S and shop floor discipline.
- Ensure compliance with IATF 16949 documentation.
- Analyze process issues and implement corrective actions.
- Train operators on process and quality requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement (PQCDSME).
- Injection moulding process setting and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of plastic raw materials.
- Machine handling (50T-1200T).
- OEE, 5S, Kaizen, and Lean Manufacturing.
- IATF 16949 documentation.
- Leadership and communication skills.
Required Qualification: Diploma/B.E/B.Tech - Mechanical/Plastic
