• Life Cycle Management of Air Circuit Breakers
• Problem Solving, Product Improvement, Mechanical stress analysis/ simulations, Mechanism Design calculations.
• Value Engineering, Customer complaint Analysis, New Product Development
• Working with cross functional team (Quality, Engineering, Production)
• Improvement in Production line FTY, customer dpm

Functional Competencies

• PTC Creo 3D modelling, 3D model assembly drawing, cad simulations, mechanism simulations, stress analysis of Air Circuit Breakers (ACBs).
• Engineering drawings preparations, working in SAP, SAP-PLM, SAP-PPM
• Expertise in FTA, DFMEAs, PFMEAs, GDT, Tolerance Stack-up
• Collaborative working with cross functions like Engineering, Quality, Production, Planning Teams.
• Knowledge of ISO standards, IEC standards IEC 60947-1, IEC 60947-2 etc.
