About this role
- Responsible for preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance of foundry/casting equipment to minimize downtime.
- Handle maintenance of induction furnaces, DISA/HPML molding machines, sand plants, shot blasting machines and conveyors.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, including motors, pumps, gearboxes, PLCs and control panels.
- Plan PM schedules, shutdown maintenance, RCA and corrective actions to improve equipment reliability and availability.
- Coordinate with Production and Maintenance teams, manage critical spares, follow TPM/5S and ensure safety compliance.
