- To achieve Day to day production activity
- Prepare and maintain daily manpower attendance and weekly shift schedule
- Manpower Skill development
- Failure Analysis, CAPA
- Audit preparedness and effective audit handling skills
- Preventive and Breakdown Maintenance of ATE and test setups
- Maintain daily Testing/Maintenance related Report
- 5S, Kaizen and improvement projects
- Good command on MS office
