- Installation of Robotic line & SPMs, Weld cell.
- Making new PLC Program & HMI Graphics. Control wiring penal making, BOM making.
- Having knowledge of IOT 4.0 along with Scada and IPC.
- Having knowledge of Communication protocol (Device net ,CC-link ,Ethernet I/P,RS232,RS485,Profibus,CC Link IE,SSC NET).
- Having Knowledge of Servo drive programming and VFD installation.
- Installation and Commissioning of PLC site along with team.
- Handover the project to customer with trial pass Manual/ Auto cycle and also give online support if any modification needed in future.
- Can able to take lead in projects, Create New Robotic line PLC program and SPM program.
